Standard Room

These pretty rooms decorated in a contemporary Caribbean style are situated on 3 floors towards the back of the hotel. They are aadjacent to the 1st and 2nd streets in Holetown so can sometimes experience noise from the bars and restaurants close by. They have a patio or balcony with views of the gardens and the pool. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults

Superior Room

As above but with views of the swimming pools and some with glimpses of the sea. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children under 12 years.

Deluxe Room

These rooms offer views of the pool and the gardens. These new rooms differ is style to the superior rooms with dark wood four poster beds, armoires and writing desks.

Oceanfront Room

With dark wood furniture and beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children under 12 years.

Ocean Front Penthouse Suites

Each unit is glass enclosed on two sides offering a majestic view of the Caribbean Sea. The spacious bedroom opens out directly into the living room and patio for a luxury sweeping flow through design, the patio is fully furnished with a jetted plunge pool.

All Rooms Feature: Air-Conditioning - Hairdryer - Balcony - Telephone - Television – Safe – Cable TV – Full bathrooms with bath & shower

Beach

A small beach is available in front of the hotel. Beach Chairs and umbrellas are provided with courtesy of the hotel. Remember that all beaches in Barbados are public. The sea is safe for swimming and snorkelling. Please note that on rare occasions, after excessive rainfall, the Holetown Lagoon, adjacent to the hotel, overflows into the sea. When this happens and the beach is closed for more than 48 hours, weather permitting, arrangements may be made to transfer guests to an alternate beach that has not been affected.

Watersports

Complimentary watersports include water-skiing, kayaking, hobiecat sailing, pedal boats and snorkelling.

Guest Lounge

Our air-conditioned guest lounge features a 42” plasma TV with cable, a small library, games and a computer with complimentary high-speed Internet access. There are also shower and changing facilities for guests with late departing flights.

Complimentary wireless access is available across the property and in all guest rooms.

Spa

Dining and Entertainment

Located along the beachfront, Mango Bay’s restaurant offers the choice of either open-air or air-conditioned dining. Meals are a mixture of buffet and table d’hote options and feature a fusion of Caribbean and International cuisine.

Live music in the restaurant nightly from 8:00pm – 11:00pm

Daytime - Resort Casual – Cover-ups are required for breakfast and lunch. Footwear is required in the restaurant at all times.

Evening - Elegantly Casual - Full length pants and shirts with sleeves (either short sleeves or long sleeves) are required for gentlemen for dinner.

After 6:00pm, no jeans (this applies to both ladies and gents and includes all denim wear), no three-quarter pants , no shorts or cargos, no trainers (sneakers), no flip-flops, no caps nor t-shirts are allowed in the restaurant.

**Exception - Friday is BBQ night – Smart shorts (no cargos) and ¾ length pants are allowed.**

It is very easy to get married in Barbados, as there is no waiting period or minimum length of stay required.

Children are welcomed year round at Mango Bay. Children 3 years and under, sharing with 2 adults, are accommodated free of charge. A supplement applies to children 4 years and over. (Please see Room Details for occupancy restrictions).

Cribs/ cots, extra beds and high chairs are available at no extra cost. Children's menus are available in the restaurant and earlier meal times can be arranged.

While there is no children's program, games are available and babysitting can be organised for an additional fee.

Mango Bay is situated in lively Holetown, St James, on the Platinum west coast of Barbados. Transfer Time approximately 40 minutes from the airport.
