Set on 32 pristine acres of Barbados’ platinum coast, Almond Beach Village epitomizes everything that is Caribbean. A total of 395 rooms are available in 11 categories, each including air-conditioning, ceiling fan, private bath/shower, in-room safe, hair dryer, direct-dial telephone, alarm clock radio, tea/coffee maker and satellite color TV with either one king or two twin beds. For parties of more than 2, additional guests are accommodated on queen size sleep sofas. Most rooms have a balcony or patio; some have French balconies.

When guests arrive at Almond Beach Village in St. Peter, Barbados, they will be inundated by the amount of amenities included in their Caribbean vacation. With the Village's 32 acres of pristine beach lapped by the Caribbean Sea, with coral reef sections for snorkeling and with shaded hammocks, umbrellas, and lounge chairs arrayed on the sand, it's like a little piece of heaven for one price.

Activities & Sports
Almond Beach Village has ten freshwater swimming pools as well as two cool freshwater jacuzzis for its Caribbean vacationers, including the North pool (shown above) that is adults only. As part of the all-inclusive resort features, guests will be able to participate in numerous water and land sports, including hobie cat sailing, snorkeling, waterskiing, windsurfing, reel fishing, aquacycles, kayaks, fishing, squash, tennis and par 3 nine-hole "executive" golf course. On our executive course we allow only the use of Cayman balls. These balls are used for saftey reasons and are specially designed to travel 50 to 80 percent of the distance of a traditional golf ball.

Dining
Dining at Almond Beach Village is a gourmet experience. There are five restaurants to choose from at the resort, as well as two at the nearby Almond Beach Club and three at Almond Casuarina Beach via a complimentary shuttle. (Please note that the WatersEdge restaurant at Almond Beach Club and Spa is not included in the dine around program and only guests 16 and older are allowed at the property) Throughout the day, snacks are available from the beach grill, and room service is offered for lunch and dinner. After 6pm, Gentlemen are required to wear collared shirt and trousers in the restaurants. No shorts allowed.

Kids' Club
Almond Resorts offers something for all parents, such as a full-service nursery that provides indoor and outdoor recreation for children up to two years old. Our Kids' Club offers activities for children – ranging from three to twelve – that include beach and pool activities, lessons in local dance, culture and music, plus computers and video games. Movies, water sports, disco night and much more await teens who visit our shores. And finally, for our parents, you can find refuge in the solitude of our spa, a late dinner for just two, or simply spend some time together at the adult-only North pool (shown above).
